If something here does not answer your question, write to <a href=\"mailto:support@tumblerlane.com\">support@tumblerlane.com</a> and a real person will reply within 1 business day.</p>\n<section class=\"policy-summary\">\n<h2>The short version</h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipping cost:</strong> free on every order to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. When your order leaves us</h2>\n<p>Every order goes through the same three steps before it is handed to the carrier. First we check the order: the items, the colours and capacities you picked, and the delivery address. Then we pack it. Insulated drinkware is heavy for its size and the lids and straws are the parts most likely to get knocked about, so each cup or bottle is wrapped on its own and lids travel either fitted or bagged separately so they cannot rattle loose. Finally we print the label and the parcel goes out with the next carrier pickup.</p>\n<p>Those three steps take <strong>an estimated 2–7 business days</strong> from the moment your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. An order placed on Saturday morning starts its processing clock on Monday. During very busy periods, such as the weeks before major gift holidays, processing can stretch toward the end of that range; when that happens we say so on the site rather than leave you guessing.</p>\n<p>You get two emails along the way: an order confirmation straight after you check out, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when the label is created. If the first email does not show up within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us so we can confirm the order went through.</p>\n<h2>2. What it costs and how long it takes</h2>\n<p>Shipping is free to every destination we serve. The free shipping option is shown at checkout before you pay, and it applies to the whole order whether you buy one straw topper or a full set of 40 oz tumblers for the family. There is nothing to unlock and no spend threshold.</p>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Shipping to each destination we serve</caption>\n<thead><tr><th scope=\"col\">Destination</th><th scope=\"col\">Method shown at checkout</th><th scope=\"col\">Cost</th><th scope=\"col\">Processing</th><th scope=\"col\">Transit time</th><th scope=\"col\">Estimated total</th></tr></thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr><td>United States</td><td>Free shipping</td><td>$0.00</td><td>an estimated 2–7 business days</td><td>7–14 business days</td><td>an estimated 9–21 business days</td></tr>\n<tr><td>Canada</td><td>Free shipping</td><td>$0.00</td><td>an estimated 2–7 business days</td><td>7–14 business days</td><td>an estimated 9–21 business days</td></tr>\n<tr><td>Australia</td><td>Free shipping</td><td>$0.00</td><td>an estimated 2–7 business days</td><td>7–14 business days</td><td>an estimated 9–21 business days</td></tr>\n<tr><td>New Zealand</td><td>Free shipping</td><td>$0.00</td><td>an estimated 2–7 business days</td><td>7–14 business days</td><td>an estimated 9–21 business days</td></tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>Transit times are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, customs inspections on international parcels and regional holidays can add days that neither we nor the carrier control. If your parcel runs well past the estimate, section 7 explains exactly when and how we step in.</p>\n<h3>2.1 A worked example</h3>\n<p>Say you order a 40 oz handle tumbler and a spare straw lid on a Wednesday afternoon. Your payment is confirmed right away, so processing runs Thursday, Friday and, at the latest, Monday. The carrier then has 7–14 business days to deliver. Counting only weekdays, a typical delivery lands somewhere between the second and the fourth week after you ordered. If the tumbler is a gift with a fixed date, order early and tell us the date in the order notes; we cannot promise a date, but we will tell you honestly if it looks tight.</p>\n<h2>3. Where we deliver</h2>\n<p>We currently ship to four countries: the <strong>United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand</strong>. All orders ship from the USA. Checkout only offers addresses in those four countries; if you enter an address anywhere else, no shipping method appears and the order cannot be placed. That is deliberate: we would rather not take an order we cannot deliver well.</p>\n<p>We deliver to home and business addresses. Whether a particular service can reach a P.O. box, a parcel locker or a military APO/FPO address depends on the carrier used for that parcel, so if you need one of those, email us before you order and we will check rather than guess. Apartment, suite and unit numbers matter a lot for drinkware parcels, which are bulky enough that they often cannot be left in a mailbox, so please include them.</p>\n<h2>4. Following your parcel</h2>\n<p>Your shipping confirmation email contains the tracking number and a link to the carrier&#8217;s tracking page. Tracking often shows &#8220;label created&#8221; for the first 24 to 48 hours; that is normal and simply means the parcel has been scanned into the system but not yet moved through a sorting facility. International parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may also show a quiet stretch while they cross the border and are handed to the local carrier.</p>\n<p>You can check the status of your order at any time on our <a href=\"/order-tracking/\">Order Tracking</a> page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout. That page also explains what each tracking status means and what, if anything, you need to do.</p>\n<h2>5. Getting the address right</h2>\n<p>Most delivery problems start with a small address error: a missing apartment number, a mistyped ZIP or postal code, or an old address saved in the browser. Please read the shipping address on the checkout page once more before you pay.</p>\n<p>If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away. Within 24 hours of placing the order, and as long as the parcel has not shipped, we can correct the address at no cost; our <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a> page has the details. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can ask for a redirect, but carriers do not always accept them. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we reship it to the corrected address as soon as you confirm it. If the error was ours, the reshipment costs you nothing and we move it to the front of the packing queue.</p>\n<h2>6. Orders with several items</h2>\n<p>We try to send everything in one box. Occasionally an order ships in two parcels, for example when a tumbler and a set of can coolers are packed separately to protect them. You never pay extra for a split shipment, and you receive a tracking number for each parcel. If one parcel arrives and the other does not, the late-parcel rules below apply to the missing one.</p>\n<h3>6.1 Sending drinkware as a gift</h3>\n<p>Water bottles and tumblers are popular gifts for coaches, teachers, nurses and new coworkers, and you can ship straight to the person you are thanking. Put their name and address in the shipping fields and your own details in the billing fields. Tracking emails go to the email address on the order, which is yours, so the surprise is not spoiled. If the recipient needs to return or exchange the item, they can contact us with the order number and we will handle it with them directly, with the refund going back to whoever paid.</p>\n<h3>6.2 How your drinkware is packed</h3>\n<p>Each tumbler, bottle or can cooler is wrapped individually and boxed so that it cannot roll around in transit. Straws travel inside or alongside their cup in a sleeve, and spare lids are bagged so the gasket stays clean. If your parcel arrives with a crushed outer box but the cup inside looks fine, check the rim and the base for dents before you use it, and tell us if anything looks off.</p>\n<h2>7. Late, lost or &#8220;delivered&#8221; but not there</h2>\n<h3>7.1 Late or stuck in transit</h3>\n<p>If tracking has not moved for <strong>7 business days</strong>, or your parcel still has not arrived 7 business days after the end of its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf so you do not have to sit on hold. Carrier investigations take up to <strong>5 business days</strong>. If the parcel is confirmed lost, or the investigation has not found it within that time, you choose: a free replacement shipped right away, or a full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval, as set out in our <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a>.</p>\n<h3>7.2 Marked as delivered but you cannot find it</h3>\n<p>First, look around the delivery spot: behind planters, on a side porch, at a building&#8217;s front desk or mail room, or with a neighbour. Check that the delivery photo, if the carrier took one, shows your door. Then contact us within 60 days of the delivery date. We will ask the carrier for the GPS scan location and help you file a claim, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund if the parcel cannot be located.</p>\n<h2>8. Parcels that arrive damaged</h2>\n<p>A dropped parcel can dent a stainless tumbler or crack a lid. If yours arrives damaged, keep the box and packing for a few days and take clear photos of the outer box, the shipping label and the damaged item. Email them to <a href=\"mailto:support@tumblerlane.com\">support@tumblerlane.com</a> within 60 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and in most cases you will not need to send the damaged item back. The full process is on our <a href=\"/returns-exchanges-policy/\">Returns &amp; Exchanges</a> page.</p>\n<h2>9. Customs, duties and taxes</h2>\n<p>All prices on tumblerlane.com are in US dollars. Orders delivered in Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border, and the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or customs handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or our free shipping, and are paid by the recipient. Whether anything is charged depends on the order value and the rules in your country at the time, so if you are unsure, check with your local customs authority before you order.</p>\n<p>If you refuse to pay a charge and the parcel is returned to us, contact us. We refund the items once the parcel arrives back with us. Orders within the United States do not cross a border, so no import duties apply; any sales tax that applies to an order is shown at checkout before you pay.</p>\n<h2>10. Things we cannot ship or promise</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We cannot ship to countries other than the four listed above, even if you offer to pay for postage.</li>\n<li>We cannot choose a specific carrier or a delivery time slot for you.</li>\n<li>We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date, including holidays and events. We can tell you when an order looks unlikely to arrive in time, so that you can decide whether to go ahead.</li>\n<li>We do not offer in-person pickup.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>11.
