Tumbler Lane is an online store for everyday insulated drinkware: 40 oz handle tumblers, 20 and 30 oz tumblers, water bottles, can coolers, and the spare lids, straws, toppers and boots that keep them going. We are based at 4555 Mansell Rd., Alpharetta, Georgia, and we ship from the USA to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This page explains what we sell, how we decide what makes it into the range, and what you can expect from us when you order.

Why “Tumbler Lane”
A lane is the route you take every day. The commuter lane on the highway at 6:40 in the morning. The drop-off lane outside school. The corridor between the nurses’ station and the ward. The lane in the pool, the trail up the hill, the walk from the parking lot to the stadium on a Saturday. Each of those routes has a cup riding along with it, sitting in a cup holder, clipped to a bag or standing on a desk.
That cup does a simple job: keep the drink the temperature you poured it, fit where you need it to fit, and not make a mess. When it does that job well you forget about it. When it does not, because the lid drips, the base will not slide into your car’s cup holder or the straw went missing, it becomes the most annoying object in your day. Our name is a reminder of what we are here for: drinkware that fits the route you actually travel.
What we carry
Our range is deliberately focused. We would rather offer a smaller number of products we can describe properly than a huge catalogue we cannot stand behind.
40 oz handle tumblers
The big one. A 40 oz tumbler holds about five standard 8 oz glasses of water, enough for most people to get through a workday with one refill. The side handle makes it easy to carry, and the tapered base on most designs is shaped to sit in a car cup holder. Browse them in our 40 oz Handle Tumblers aisle.
20 and 30 oz tumblers
Lighter, slimmer cups for coffee that needs to stay hot through a meeting, an afternoon of iced tea at the desk, or a smaller hand. They fit narrow cup holders and stroller cup holders where a 40 oz cup will not. See 20 & 30 oz Tumblers.
Water bottles
Bottles are for movement: gym bags, backpacks, bike rides and long days at a sports field. The cap decides how they work, from wide chug caps to straw caps and carry loops. See Water Bottles.
Can coolers
Insulated sleeves for standard and slim cans, made for tailgates, cookouts, boat days and back porches. Each listing says which can size it fits. See Can Coolers.
Lids and accessories
Replacement lids, reusable straws, straw toppers and silicone boots. These exist so that a lost lid does not mean a new cup. Every accessory listing tells you what it is designed to fit. See Lids & Accessories.

How we choose what to sell
Insulated drinkware looks very similar from one listing to the next, so the details are what separate a cup you love from one that lives at the back of the cupboard. Before a product goes into our range, we look at it through the eyes of someone using it every day:
- Fit: does the base fit common cup holders, and can we tell you its measurement so you can check your own car?
- Lid behaviour: what kind of lid is it, does it come apart for cleaning, and is it honest to say what it does and does not do when tipped?
- Care: can it be cleaned properly, with parts that come apart and reachable corners?
- Spare parts: can we offer a replacement lid or straw for it, so that you are not stuck if one goes missing?
- Clear information: can we describe the materials and care instructions using what the manufacturer actually documents, rather than guesses?
If we cannot answer those questions for a product, we do not list it. That is also why you will not see big claims on our pages. We do not promise a number of hours of ice retention unless it is documented for that product, and we do not call a lid “leak-proof” unless it really is designed to seal closed.
How we describe products
Every product page aims to answer the questions people ask us most: How big is it in real life? Will it fit my cup holder? Which lid comes in the box? Can it go in the dishwasher? What colours are there, and how do they look in daylight? Where we know a measurement, we give it. Where we do not, we say so rather than invent one.
Our size and fit guide brings the capacity and fit information together in one place, with plain explanations of what 20, 30 and 40 ounces mean in everyday terms and how to measure a cup holder, a lid rim or a can.
What happens when you order
- We check it. Every order is reviewed before packing: items, capacities, colours, lid styles and address.
- We pack it. Drinkware is wrapped so it does not roll around in the box, and lids and straws are protected.
- We ship it. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days with a tracking number emailed to you. Transit is 7–14 business days to all four countries we serve.
- We stay with it. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, we sort it out with the carrier and replace or refund it, so you do not have to chase anyone.
The details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

What we will not do
Being honest about what we do not do is part of earning trust, so here is the list:
- We will not show fake reviews, invented ratings or “only 2 left” counters. If a product page shows reviews, they come from customers who bought it.
- We will not use other brands’ names or logos to sell our products, or sell look-alike products as if they were the real thing.
- We will not run countdown timers or “sale ends tonight” banners that are not true.
- We will not add you to a mailing list because you bought something.
- We will not show payment logos for methods that are not actually available at checkout.
How we use your feedback
The most useful information we get comes from customers. When someone tells us a 40 oz tumbler was a tight squeeze in a particular style of cup holder, we add that note to the product page. When several people ask whether a lid is suitable for hot coffee, we make the answer clearer. Return reasons are optional, but when you share one, it goes straight into improving a description, a photo or a fit note. If you have an idea for a product, a colour or a better explanation, email support@tumblerlane.com. We read every message, and you will get a reply from a person, not an autoresponder.
Who buys from us
Our customers are people with routines: the nurse who fills a 40 oz tumbler before a twelve-hour shift and refills it once at lunch; the parent who needs a cup that survives the school run and the soccer field; the office worker who wants coffee that is still hot after the first meeting; the friend group that needs a set of can coolers in four different colours so nobody grabs the wrong drink. We also see a lot of gift orders, for teachers, coaches, new coworkers and anyone who has just started a long commute. If you are buying a gift, our FAQs explain how to ship straight to the recipient.
Caring for your drinkware
A good insulated cup can last for years if you look after it. Wash the lid parts after every use, especially after milk, juice or smoothies. Use a bottle brush for the inside and a straw brush for straws. Take out removable gaskets now and then, wash them, dry everything fully and press the gasket back in evenly. Follow the care instructions on each product page, and when in doubt, hand-wash. Never microwave stainless steel or freeze a filled bottle. When a lid or straw finally wears out, replace the part, not the whole cup.
Questions people ask about us
Can I visit a shop or showroom?
No. Tumbler Lane is an online store, and the Alpharetta address is our business address, not a retail shop. Everything we sell is available on tumblerlane.com, with free shipping to the four countries we serve.
Where are your products made?
Our drinkware is made by manufacturing partners, and the country of origin and materials for each product are given on its product page as documented by the manufacturer. If a detail you need is missing from a listing, ask us and we will find out rather than guess.
Do you engrave or personalise cups?
Not at the moment. Our range is plain colours and simple designs. If we add personalisation in future, we will explain exactly how it works, how long it adds to processing and how returns apply.
Can I order for my team, office or club?
Yes. Email us with the products, capacities, colours and quantities you have in mind before you order, and we will confirm availability. Team orders get the same free shipping and 60-day returns as any other order.
