This page lists every public page on tumblerlane.com and explains how the store is organised, so that you can go straight to what you need. The automatic list just below always shows the current pages and every product aisle that has drinkware in it. Underneath, you will find a guide to each part of the site and which page answers which kind of question.
Pages
1. How the store is organised
Tumbler Lane has three kinds of pages. Shopping pages show our drinkware, grouped into aisles by type. Help pages explain how ordering, delivery, returns and refunds work. Company and legal pages tell you who we are and set out the rules that apply to every order. The main menu at the top of every page takes you to the shopping aisles, the size guide and the Help Center. The footer at the bottom of every page links to all help, company and legal pages.
2. Shopping pages
All products live under Shop all drinkware, which you can filter by aisle using the list on the left of the shop page. Each aisle has a short buying guide at the top explaining what to look for in that type of drinkware.
| Aisle | What it contains | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Tumblers | All insulated tumblers, grouped below by size | Browsing every cup at once |
| 40 oz Handle Tumblers | Large tumblers with a side handle and straw lids | Long commutes and shifts |
| 20 & 30 oz Tumblers | Mid-size tumblers, often with slider or straw lids | Coffee, desk days, narrow cup holders |
| Water Bottles | Insulated bottles with chug, straw or loop caps | Gym bags, trails, sports fields |
| Can Coolers | Insulated coolers for standard and slim cans | Tailgates, cookouts, boat days |
| Lids & Accessories | Spare parts and add-ons, grouped below | Keeping a favourite cup going |
| Replacement Lids | Straw, flip-straw and slider lids by rim size | Lost or worn lids |
| Straws & Toppers | Reusable straws by length and straw toppers | Replacing chewed or lost straws |
| Boots & Sleeves | Silicone boots and sleeves by base size | Quieter set-downs, grip and finish protection |
New drinkware is being added to the aisles. An aisle appears in the automatic list above as soon as it has products in it; until then you can still open it from the menu or the table here to read its buying guide.
2.1 A tour of the homepage
The homepage is laid out as a short walk through the store. At the top, a banner introduces the range. “Find your lane” groups drinkware by daily routine: the commute, the gym and trail, the desk day and the weekend. Below it, three promotional panels point to tumblers by colour, spare lids and straws, and bottles for the trail. “Shop by drinkware” shows round tiles for the six most-used aisles. A feature panel explains the 40 oz handle tumbler with three quick buying tips. “Made for the routine” links four everyday moments to the aisle that suits each. A band of four promises covers free shipping, 60-day returns, shipping from the USA and real support. “Pick it in 3 steps” walks through capacity, lid and colour, and “Before you order” links to the size guide, shipping times and returns.
2.2 Typical journeys through the site
Buying your first tumbler
Start with the Size & Fit Guide to measure your cup holder, then open the aisle that matches your routine, compare the product pages, and check the lid that comes in the box. Before checkout, glance at Shipping & Delivery for timing.
Replacing a lost lid or straw
Measure the outside of your cup’s rim or the height of your cup with the lid on, as the size guide explains, then go to Replacement Lids or Straws & Toppers and compare with each listing. If you are not sure, send us a photo through Submit a Ticket.
Sending a gift
Choose the item, enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout, and keep the order number. If the recipient wants a different colour or capacity, our Returns & Exchanges page explains how they can swap it.
Ordering from Canada, Australia or New Zealand
Shopping works exactly the same. Read the customs section of Shipping & Delivery so you know what to expect on arrival, and use Order Tracking once your shipping email arrives.
Checking on a refund
Read the approval table in the Refund Policy to see when the 7-day processing clock started for your situation. If our refund email arrived more than 10 business days ago and you still cannot see the money, open a refund ticket with the date of that email.
Something went wrong with an order
Go to the Help Center troubleshooting table first; if you still need us, open the matching ticket type on Submit a Ticket and attach photos.

5. Company and legal pages
- About Us: who we are, what we sell, how we choose products and what we promise.
- Contact Us: how to reach us, what to include and typical response times.
- Terms of Service: the agreement that applies to every order and to using the site.
- Privacy Policy: what information we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights.
- Intellectual Property Policy: our name and content, other brands, and how to report concerns.
- DMCA: the copyright notice and counter-notice process.
6. Account pages
Your account page lets you log in, see past orders, save addresses and change your password. The cart and checkout pages are used during ordering; they are not listed in search engines because their content is personal to each visitor.
7. Finding things quickly
- Search: the search bar at the top of every page searches product names and descriptions.
- Menu: on a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the aisles and help links.
- Footer: every help, company and legal page is linked at the bottom of every page.
- Breadcrumbs: on aisles and product pages, the trail under the menu shows where you are and takes you back up a level.
7.1 Navigating with a keyboard or screen reader
Every page uses one main heading followed by section headings in order, so screen reader users can jump between sections. We aim for menus to work with the keyboard, and the footer repeats the key links in plain lists. If any part of the site is hard to use with your setup, tell us and we will help and fix it.
8. For search engines and tools
A machine-readable XML sitemap of the pages and aisles we want search engines to index is available at /wp-sitemap.xml. It contains the same public pages listed here. Pages such as the cart, checkout and account, and aisles that do not yet contain products, are intentionally left out of it.
8.1 Pages we do not have (yet)
You may have seen these on other stores, so here is why they are not on ours. There is no blog yet: when we publish buying and care guides, they will appear in this list and in the footer. There is no promo-code page, because we do not have a public discount code at the moment; shipping is already free on every order. There is no separate reviews page: where genuine customer reviews exist for a product, they appear on that product’s page, and we never publish invented ones. There is no showroom or store-locator page, because Tumbler Lane is an online store.
8.2 How this page stays current
The automatic list at the top is generated from the live site each time the page loads, so new pages and newly stocked aisles appear on their own. The guide sections below it are reviewed whenever we add a page, change a policy or reorganise the aisles, and the date at the top of the page shows the last review.
9. Something missing?
If you cannot find a page you expected, or a link does not work, please tell us at support@tumblerlane.com. We reply within 1 business day. Tumbler Lane, 4555 Mansell Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30022, US.
