Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You receive an order confirmation email with your order number straight after checkout. If it is not in your inbox, spam or promotions folder within an hour, email us with your name and the time you ordered and we will check. Logged-in customers can also see the order on their account page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. You can change the capacity, colour, lid style, quantity or address, or cancel completely for a full refund. Email us with your order number; your request counts from the moment it reaches us. Details: Cancel or Change an Order.
I placed the same order twice by accident. What now?
Email us with both order numbers and we cancel the duplicate free of charge, with a full refund processed within 7 days of the cancellation confirmation.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just saves your addresses and keeps your order history in one place.
Can I order for a team or office?
Yes. Email us before ordering with the products, capacities, colours, quantities and delivery country, and we will confirm availability. Team orders get the same free shipping and 60-day returns.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship from the USA to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to other countries; checkout will not offer a shipping method for addresses elsewhere.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to all four countries, with no minimum spend and no coupon needed.
How long will my order take?
We pack orders within 1–3 business days, then the carrier takes 7–14 business days, so most orders arrive 8–17 business days after ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See Shipping & Delivery.
How do I track my parcel?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check its status on our Order Tracking page with your order number and email.
My tracking has not moved. What should I do?
Gaps of a few days are normal, especially for international parcels crossing a border. If there has been no new scan for 7 business days, or the parcel is 7 business days past its estimated window, email us and we open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost or not found within 5 business days, you choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, depending on the order value and local rules. These are not included in our prices or free shipping and are paid by the recipient. US orders do not cross a border, so no import duties apply.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Put the recipient’s name and address in the shipping fields and your own details in billing. Tracking emails come to you. The recipient can contact us for an exchange using the order number or your name.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 60 days of delivery, for any reason. We send you a prepaid return label, so return postage is free, including for change-of-mind returns. There are no restocking fees. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I return a tumbler I have used?
Yes. Trying a tumbler is how you find out whether it suits you. Please wash and dry it, including the lid and straw, and send back all the parts that came with it. For hygiene reasons, used lids and straws are not resold, but that does not affect your right to return them.
Can I exchange for a different size, colour or lid?
Yes, within 60 days of delivery and subject to stock. We reserve the replacement, send a prepaid label for the original and ship the replacement free. If prices differ, we refund or request the difference.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos: the item and the problem, plus the outer box and label for transit damage. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and usually you do not need to return anything.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval. Approval is when we have received and inspected your return, approved your photo claim, confirmed a lost parcel or confirmed your cancellation. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show it. See Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do, for every return. You will never pay to send an item back to us, and nothing is deducted from your refund for postage.
Sizes, lids and fit
Which capacity should I choose?
40 oz suits long days with few refills, such as a commute plus a full shift. 30 oz is a good desk-day size and lighter to carry. 20 oz is ideal for coffee, short trips and smaller hands. Our Size & Fit Guide compares them in everyday terms.
Will a 40 oz tumbler fit my car’s cup holder?
Most 40 oz handle tumblers have a tapered base designed for cup holders, but holders vary between vehicles. Measure across the inside top of your cup holder and compare it with the base size on the product page. If it does not fit, you can exchange it within 60 days with return postage on us.
What is the difference between a straw lid, a flip-straw lid, a slider lid and a chug cap?
A straw lid takes a straw for easy sipping of cold drinks. A flip-straw lid has a straw that folds down under a cover. A slider lid has a small opening you slide open, made for hot drinks. A chug cap has a wide spout for drinking quickly from a bottle. Each product page names the lid in the box.
Are your lids leak-proof?
Straw lids and slider lids are designed for upright use and will spill if the cup tips over. Only lids described on the product page as sealing closed are meant to travel on their side in a bag. If a lid drips while upright, reseat the gasket evenly; if it still drips, contact us and we will replace it.
How do I find a replacement lid that fits my cup?
Measure the outside of your cup’s rim from edge to edge and compare it with the rim size or cup sizes listed on the lid’s product page in our Replacement Lids aisle. If you are unsure, email us a photo and the measurement.
Which can cooler do I need?
Check your cans. Standard 12 oz cans are short and wide; slim cans are tall and narrow. Each can cooler listing says which size it fits. A cooler made for one will not hold the other securely.
Care and use
Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?
Follow the care instructions on each product page, because they vary by product and finish. When in doubt, hand-wash with warm soapy water and a bottle brush, which is gentlest on finishes and seals.
How do I get rid of a coffee smell in the lid?
Take the lid apart where possible, including the gasket, soak the parts in warm water with a spoonful of baking soda, scrub with a small brush and dry everything fully before reassembling.
Can I put hot drinks in a tumbler?
Yes, with a lid described as suitable for hot drinks, such as a slider lid. Open it slowly and away from your face, as steam builds up in any sealed vacuum cup. Take extra care around children.
Can I put fizzy drinks in a sealed bottle?
Only if the product page says the cap is designed for carbonated drinks. Pressure can build up in a sealed vacuum bottle and force the cap open.
How long will my drink stay cold?
It depends on how much ice you use, the starting temperature, how often you open the lid and the temperature around the cup. We only state a number of hours on a product page when the manufacturer has documented it for that product.
What if I do not like the colour once it arrives?
Screens show colours differently, and matte finishes change in daylight. You can exchange for another colour within 60 days of delivery, subject to stock, with return postage on us. Try to look at the cup in natural light before deciding.
How do I clean a reusable straw properly?
Rinse it right after use, then push a straw brush through with warm soapy water, especially after smoothies, milk drinks or juice. Rinse again and let it dry fully, standing upright or hung, before putting it back in the cup.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. We list specific methods on our Payment Methods page once they are connected and tested on our checkout.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee. We do not add payment surcharges.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. The whole site uses HTTPS, and payment details go directly into the payment provider’s secure system. We never see or store your full card number, and we never ask for card details by email or phone.
Account and privacy
I forgot my password.
Use the “Lost your password?” link on the account page to set a new one. We will never ask you for your password by email.
Will you send me marketing emails?
No, not unless you sign up for them. Order, shipping and refund emails are sent because you placed an order. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email support@tumblerlane.com from the address linked to your orders with the subject “Privacy request”. We complete requests within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires, such as tax records.

Where is Tumbler Lane based?
Our business address is 4555 Mansell Rd., Alpharetta, GA 30022, US, and orders ship from the USA. We are an online store; there is no showroom to visit. Learn more on our About Us page.
Do you engrave or personalise drinkware?
Not at the moment. Our range is plain colours and simple designs. If we add personalisation, we will explain how it works and how it affects processing time and returns before you order.
What are your products made of?
Each product page lists the materials as documented by the manufacturer, for example the type of stainless steel for the cup and the material of the lid and straw. If a detail you need is missing, ask us and we will find out rather than guess.
Are your lids and straws BPA-free?
We only state that a part is BPA-free when the manufacturer documents it for that product, and where it is documented you will find it on the product page. If it is not stated, please contact us before ordering if this matters to you.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
That depends on the carrier used for the parcel. Email us before you order with the address type and country, and we will check whether we can deliver there rather than guess.
I received a gift from Tumbler Lane. Can I exchange it?
Yes, within 60 days of delivery. Contact us with the order number, or the name of the person who sent it and the delivery address. Exchanges ship to you, and return postage is on us.
Do you have a discount code?
We do not have a public discount code at the moment. If we run a promotion, its conditions will be shown where it is offered. Shipping is already free on every order.
